Information You Provide At The Point Of Order

Personal information taken at the point of order as well as during the age verification procedure will be used to set up a user account. We collect information you upload or send through our Services (including information you provide when you request a receipt.) This information is necessary for us to accept, process and deliver your order, while meeting the conditions of our Licence to sell Alcohol. This will include but is not limited to;

You can choose to provide us with additional information in order to help us provide a better user experience. This additional information will be processed with your consent and/or to provide you with services you request.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your survey responses; participation in contests, promotions, or other marketing lead forms or devices; suggestions for improvements; referrals; or any other actions performed on our platforms

When you place an order or request a receipt, we collect information about when and where the transactions occur, the names of the transacting parties, a description of the transactions, the payment or transfer amounts, billing and shipping information, and the devices and payment methods used to complete the transactions

Information Automatically Collected About You

We automatically collect information about you and the devices you use to access our platforms in order to personalise our website, products and Services. This will include but is not limited to information that is automatically stored by cookies and other session tools. For example, what pages you visited, your IP address, your shopping history (if there is any) etc.

We use CCTV to record all transactions at the point of delivery. The footage is stored locally for 6 months and will be used:

To prevent, report and prosecute violence or abuse towards our staff, customers & the general public

To prevent, report and prosecute credit card fraud

To use as evidence of our compliance with the conditions of our Licence to sell Alcohol

To use as evidence to help prosecute a major violation of the Licencing Act 2003, such as the attempted purchase of alcohol for a minor

We gather information from our trusted partners with confirmation that they have legal grounds to share that information with us. This is either information you have provided them directly with or that they have gathered about you on other legal grounds.

We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur. If you have an account with us, note that you have to keep your username and password secret.


We do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information from children. We do not target children with our services. We specifically exclude under 18’s from our on-line marketing campaigns
