TERMS & CONDITIONS

As a fully licenced & insured Alcohol Delivery Service we have to adhere to strict licence conditions in order to trade. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our terms of service that can be found in full below. All calls are recorded and we use CCTV in all our delivery vehicles. 

MINIMUM SPEND & DELIVERY CHARGES

Our minimum order is £27 (excluding Cigarettes)

New reduced £3 delivery charge for orders under £40 – £50

LOCAL DELIVERY ZONE
Free delivery on orders over £40

STANDARD DELIVERY ZONE
Free 
delivery on order over £50

OUT OF AREA DELIVERIES
We take orders from outside of our advertised delivery areas on a case by case basis. The larger the order, the further we are likely to come. During peak times we are unlikely to accept orders from outside our delivery area

 

PLACING AN ORDER

At present we only accept order by telephone. We will need the following details to process your order:

Your full name

A contact number

Full delivery address & postcode

In order to meet our licence conditions we are required to keep detailed records of our sales. It is important you provide all the information requested accurately as failure to do so could lead to refusal of delivery along with the associated charges

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

You can cancel your order for free for the first 10 mins after placing your order. The fees are designed to cover our costs for wasted time & petrol and help keep our service running smoothly. The more notice you give the less it costs you so please just pick up the phone and let us know

Late Cancellations are subject to a fee:
15% OF ORDER VALUE (£5 MIN)

No Shows are subject to a fee:
25% OF ORDER VALUE (£10 MIN)

In the event we are delayed by 30 mins or more all cancellation charges will be waived. Failure to cancel (ie. no show on arrival) will result in the no show fee of £10 so please make sure you call and cancel if you would rather not wait

You will be sent an sms with payment instructions. Failure to make payment promptly will result in the loss of account status. No further deliveries will be made to the telephone numbers or addresses associated with the account until the balance is settled

ON ARRIVAL

We will call on arrival & ask you to meet us at the car. It is best to stay on the line until you can see the vehicle as the GPS is not always 100% accurate. If we are not in the right place stay where you are and give the driver instructions on how to find you 

For insurance purposes & for the safety of our drivers we cannot allow access to the vehicle. The doors will remain locked at all times. The transaction and ID verification takes place through the driver’s window after which the driver will release your order

It can take several minutes to complete ID verification and payment so we highly recommend appropriate clothing for the weather / time of night

ID REQUIRED, REGARDLESS OF AGE

This is a mandatory condition of our licence so please do not ask us to make an exception. Failure to produce valid government issued ID will lead to refusal of delivery and the maximum fee of £10 being automatically charged to the card provided. As well as age verification we also use it as part of our credit card fraud prevention measures so the names on the ID and payment cards must match

Our driver will take a photo of your ID which, along with details already provided,will be used to create your account. For more information on how we store and manage your personal information please visit our Privacy Policy

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

Payment in full must be made to the driver before your order can be released. We accept Cash, Debit or Credit (Visa or Mastercard) or Apple / Google Pay. We do not accept payment over the phone 

The cardholder MUST be present for the transaction & be able to provide photo ID that matches the card being used. This applies for both card holders if you are splitting the bill

REASONS FOR REFUSAL

You cannot provide, or you do not match the ID used

We suspect you are purchasing alcohol for a minor

You are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

You behave in a physically or verbally abusive manner

All refusals are subject to a fee:
25% OF ORDER VALUE (£10 MIN)

If your order is refused for any of the reasons above you will be sent a link to make payment. Refusal to pay these charges will result in your telephone number & address linked to the order being blacklisted & no future orders will be accepted.

USE OF MOBILE CCTV

We employ CCTV recording in all our vehicles to ensure the safety of our staff. Serious incidents will be reported to the police & we will actively seek to prosecute violent offenders, persons shown to be purchasing alcohol for a minor & credit card fraud

DATA PROTECTION

Our driver will take a photo of your ID which, along with the contact details you provided will be used to create your account

Your credit/debit card details are never stored locally by us. Our fully PCI compliant payment services are provided by PayZone & powered by Barclays

We may use the information we collect to contact you with updates and promotions (mainly by text or email.) We will never sell or share your personal details with any 3rd party unless obligated to by law
